We design. We deliver in Figma with developer-ready specs, exported assets, and an interactive prototype. We do not do the front-end or back-end development ourselves. If you need a development partner, we can recommend teams we have worked with successfully.
For a Spark package (single landing page), we deliver the first design within 10 business days of brief approval. Studio (up to 10 pages + brand) is 20 business days. Ignite (full e-commerce scope) is 30 business days. Timelines start from when we have an approved brief, not from when payment clears.
After ordering, we send a brief questionnaire. At minimum we need to understand what your business does, who your customers are, what action you want visitors to take, and any existing brand materials you want to keep. Having your copy (text content) ready speeds things up, though we can start on structure without it.
Yes, and a Digital Redesign is often the more efficient choice if you already have traffic and existing customers. We audit what is working and what is not, then redesign. This is typically faster and more cost-effective than starting from scratch, unless the existing site has fundamental structural problems.
Yes. While we are based in Augusta, all our work is delivered digitally and we work with clients across Italy and Europe. Communication is conducted in English or Italian via email and video calls. There is no need for in-person meetings.
Revision rounds are included in every package specifically so you can direct the work before final delivery. If, after using all included revision rounds, you believe the final work does not materially match the agreed brief, contact us and we will review the situation.
