By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Nature of services

All services are delivered digitally. Deliverables are design files in Figma format with developer specs and exported assets. We do not provide web development, hosting, or domains.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via Stripe. Prices are in Euros.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is stated in the purchased package. Additional revisions will be billed at the hourly rate.

6. Intellectual property

Upon completion of payment, all rights to design work created for the project transfer to the client. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Siracusa.
