Before project start
If you request cancellation before the brief is approved, you are entitled to a full refund minus Stripe transaction fees.
After project start
Once the brief is approved and work has started, we cannot offer refunds for work already completed. We will deliver all work done to that point.
Work not matching the brief
If you believe the final work materially does not match the agreed brief, contact us within 14 days of delivery at: hello@flowfiredesign.com
